Gardner's Regiment

Gardner's Regiment and The Charlestown Militia Company, Inc. are proud of the fact that Michael Bonislawski, Ph.D. is a member of those organizations.

 Mike is a Lieutenant in Gardner's Regiment and a member of the Board of Directors of the Charlestown Militia Company, Inc.

For some time now, Mike has been pouring over primary and secondary sources seeking out the names of the Regiments that were present at the Battle of Bunker Hill.

More than this, he has begun to identify the individual Companies that made up Gardner's Regiment, their Officers and the Towns they represented.

Every day it becomes more clear that Gardner's Regiment was, and is, an organization which brings together men and women from numerous towns in Eastern Massachusetts.  It is a place that can unite people of various backgrounds and locations to celebrate their common Colonial Heritage.
